प्रधानमंत्री के इस अभियान से प्रेरणा लेकर सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर इंटर कालेज के छात्रों ने समूह बनाकर पूरे वर्ष स्वच्छता व स्कूल सज्जा कार्यक्रम करने की योजना तैयार कर शनिवार से इसका शुभारंभ किया।

प्रधानाचार्य परवेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि बालकों में संस्कार व शिष्टाचार को सुदृढ़ करने की दृष्टि से बालक व बालिका पक्ष के 25-25 ग्रुपों का गठन किया गया है। बालिका ग्रुप को स्कूल सज्जा व बालक ग्रुप को सफाई व्यवस्था करने का दायित्व सौंपा गया है। विद्यालय सत्र के दौरान बालिका ग्रुप प्रतिदिन स्कूल प्रवेश द्वार पर रंगोली बनाएंगी। बालक ग्रुप विद्यालय प्रांगण में सफाई कार्य करेगा। इससे बच्चों में स्वच्छता के प्रति रुझान बढ़ेगा। शनिवार को कृपाल सिंह ग्रुप द्वारा विद्यालय के प्रवेश द्वार पर रंगोली तैयार की गई। विद्यालय के प्रबंधक डा. हर्षवर्धन सिंह व अध्यक्ष मेलाराम गंभीर ने इस कार्य की सराहना की ।
